Especially with customers that may be there trying to get something healthy because they have illness (like cancer)

I watched the girl barely rinsing the blenders and leaving dirty water in the bottom of the blender before making the next smoothie. After wasting my entire lunch break waiting for my smoothie and sandwich I tasted my smoothie and it was rancid. After asking for them to remake my smoothie the manager who wasn’t helping the two poor girls told them not to remake it so I asked for a refund. Then had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get that. I will never return here and I suggest you don’t either. Travel further and go to the next city. They need to be shut down.

I wanted to keep frequenting this establishment (as I have for years) because it’s black owned, but Once Naiji left there, the customer service became horrible. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where your money is appreciated. Hiring young unprofessional girls with bad attitudes is the first way to ruin an establishment……. You never know who your customer may be😉
