I don’t make bad reviews genuinely but whoever is managing in this location needs to figure out what they are doing. It is not 16-year-olds working in the back. They are grown adults and they should be knowing what they are doing. The girl at the front was very kind and she obviously wasn’t making the food but to get a burger wrong four times. Like giving the messed up burgers to me for free doesn’t even make up for anything because it is all entirely cold now and we had to wait multiple times for the correct food that we never had gotten and also the receipt that we had gotten wasn’t even ours. We had a dine in order and you gave us a DoorDash re-order for a holly b so idk what goin on w this location but I’m 18 and I work in a restaurant and my management would never let it be like this also the meat was very pink people in the back where talking on their personal phones which I understand could be work or family related, but it just didn’t seem like that you’re payed to do your job not be there.

How is there ten people here. The manager is on a on a personal phone call on speaker phone. However they are talking to is swearing every other word. Not one person in the restaurant has gloves on. I placed an online order, waited 10 minutes. Walked into the store. As I am standing and waiting. A guy came in, placed an order at the counter. While I am still waiting, over 20 minutes total at this point. The guy who walked in, got his food and was on his way... Now I am frustrated...
Why don't people respect the fact they are at work? You are representing a company that give you money to work their business. IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. They can't babysit you, you're grown enough that you shouldn't need it.
Get off your phone, put on some gloves and lead your team to a better service. Wendy's not only expects you to just be in the building. They are relying on you to respect their brand and give customers an experience... And not one like this.
If I were affiliated with the company. I would have fired everybody on the spot. This was hands down the worst experience I have had while choosing to eat anywhere
