    The food is cold, Found hair in my fries, milkshakes was natsy and taste weird. Honestly the food doesn’t taste good here.

    Went in to order the new grinch meals that are out and the lobby was quite full. the machines that you put your order into weren't allowing you to pay at them. So you needed to pay at the front counter, but unfortunately nobody was giving the front counter any attention for about 10 minutes. When somebody finally did come around to address the issue, All customers were met with an attitude. After paying, it was almost another 25 minutes till receiving our food and upon giving us our food, the same employee made rude comments and remarks about "the wait" were made from the employee attending front counter Other employees working behind the counter could be heard making rude comments about customers in the drive thru, there is no sense of professionalism in this establishment. Would've put names on here but no employee was wearing a name tag either
