We get home which is not near this location and he gave us the wrong pies. Now I opened the bag at the drive thru I didn't know I had to physically take out each item to make sure it was correct. On the receipt it says strawberry cream pies now why would you give me apple? This was 2/28/26 @ 12:19 pm order #50. Your staff needs to get more training. I've done customer service for over 30 years this is unacceptable. I get sent a link we need more information. It's very clearly spelt out here and enough information is provided as I said provide more training to your staff.

One of the most worst experiences I've ever had at a McDonald's. And the entire staff was rude. There was a guy who was making burgers while picking through his hair with no hair net on and the manager never told him to put a hair net on after I complained because you can physically see it's from the front counter i will never be eating at this place again. This is now the third time this has happened, where the food is just crap, and the people are crap. I will be telling everybody I know.Not to eat here
