  I went in today for lunch I wanted to try something different the African American gentleman at the counter that took my order was super nice and helpful. The caucasian gentleman that was making the sandwiches was very very rude. He made me scared to ask for anything. I forgot to tell the cashier I wanted pickles on my sandwich. The guy making the sandwich gave me a death stare. Please do better when hard working people decide to spend their hard earned money with you guys

  Cancelled my order ordered delivery says we don't have a driver I was paying cash asked for a discount for the inconvenience of me having to pick it up like sir take the del charge off says he can't take it up with management in morning are you serious your the manager hangs up on me I'm a rewards member we tried 3rd party before takes over an hour never can find our house 3 different times why I order through app..... Disappointed in your management Do better stop delivering on your app if you don't have a driver that can accept Cash.....

  I’ve used the carryout option at this Jimmy John’s location three times, and unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been great. They’ve gotten my order wrong two out of the three times I’ve gone. I expect more consistency from a place that promotes “freaky fast” service—it shouldn’t come at the cost of accuracy. At this point, I’m better off making my own lunch.
