The way they treat their employees is awesome courtesy and respect is great, and they are always helpful and can always be seen cleaning. They are always concerned about keeping food hot and fresh. McDonald's in Wayland is always a place to stop and grab a bite to eat especially when Serena and Jesse are there.

I was handed my order and drove away only to find a large fry box less than half full. That's pretty sad considering a large fry is 4.19 before tax. You better give people value for their money Wayland McDonald's or you'll lose more business to Culver's because there you get a full bag of food.
