During my last visit to pick up my order, I noticed the sandwich maker/delivery person pull my toasted sandwich out of the toaster and proceed to scrap some ham that fell of my sandwich out of the oven and add it to my sandwich which they were going to serve me. I noticed this and requested them to make me a new sandwich. This was extremely unsanitary and unprofessional in front of their customers. These actions need to be prevented for the future/

The last few months the bread has been very pale and undercooked Not sure what has changed but my family would go weekly and now we get the undercooked bread so much we have been going elsewhere We liked the golden chewy bread that they use to serve
