I was told that the priority goes to the customers outside for the speed score, and basically that people on the inside ordering are not important to be served in a timely manner at the cost of the speed score. My recommendation is to never go inside the Watervliet Taco bell, or order carry out from it. You will be better to take the time and go through the drive thru, at least you will be recieve your food in a timely manner because your treated as a speed score.
- CCClementymNov 23, 20251.0Terrible place, placed a order online around 11 pm worth around 45 dollars to feed me and my family when I got there they informed me they couldn’t do 3 of the things I ordered and instead of refunding it or taking any action they said it was “my problem”. Terrible customer service the girl with brown hair at window had her hair all over my bag of food and drinks and was very rude to my mother whom was driving. Will definitely not be spending my money here ever again.
