  Placed and order for pickup on DoorDash paid and everything. When I got to the subway they said they were closed, the system was down there was nothing she could do, and couldn't even refund me. Yes I did go through door dash; but the only canceled the order and couldn't provide a refund saying it was in the stores hands.

  Went In Here To Purchase One Footlong And The Employee Turned Me Away Because She Said Has Three Online Orders And Claimed It Would Take 30 Minutes To Complete Those Orders. Then Stated That Once She Completed Those Orders She Was Closing And It’s Only 7:20 PM I Won’t Be Returning To This Location.

  Watched the teenage employees lock up at 5:10 and rub to their car and leave. Its Tuesday and customers continue to walk up. Pretty insane.

  I visited this location on 12/16/2025 to buy a meal. I come to this location and other locations often. I watched a young female employee go from the bathroom to the service area and put on gloves without washing her hands. Per the food code (health department), you are supposed to wash your hands even if you just washed them in the bathroom. I politely asked her to wash her hands (at the front sink right by her literally 2 feet away) and she immediately raised her voice at me and screamed at me saying she just washed them in the bathroom. I explained to her nicely without even raising my voice that I’d like her to wash them at the front counter sink. She then yelled at me and cursed at me and threw off her gloves and said she is refusing to serve me. I then left because I am an adult and act like one unlike this employee. I absolutely am disgusted by this behavior and it is totally unacceptable all because I asked her to wash her hands where I could see her do it. She should be fired.
