  Received a mcflurry unmixed through the drive through. I took it back in and asked for them to mix it for me. The young employee gave me a new one with extra m&m, nice young guy. Saw another kid walking around in the back wearing casual sweats making his own food, I never thought that was an option...

  The employees at the drive thru were very polite which is why this place gets 2 stars instead of one. I haven’t eaten at McDonald’s in years and now I remember why. I wanted a shamrock shake, 4.44 for a small size. The cup was barely half full (see pictures). Costco has a mint sundae, and it’s better and bigger than this anyway. McDonald’s Corporate greed knows no bounds.

  Ordered through drive thru. Ordered 3 b'fast meals with extra hashbrowns. They only had one extra listed. When I asked they said they could correct it at the window. Was handed my order, noticed there are only three hashbrowns in the bag. Should've been 6 (Lets do math: 3 with meals, and 3 extra). At first they said I didn't order them, then they stated they didn't charge me. When I said I asked about them at the kiosk before driving up to the window and said they said they would correct it. Their response was we didn't charge you for them. Instead of acknowledging and correcting it. Very disappointed, and this unfortunately isn't the first time. Recommend to make sure your order is corrected as your at the kiosk, so you don't run into the problem. Before you are charged and they can say "you didn't order it".
