  They couldn't understand what I was saying when I was ordering my food and gave me the wrong thing. I asked them to remake it and they told me to pull forward. They completely forgot I was there so I had to go inside and they still tried to give me the wrong thing. It was just a disaster.

  The manager (im assuming it was a manager) was training the crew on something today and that seemed to mean to completely ignore dine-in customers. My order # 635 today was placed at 9:22. I stood and listened to the manager train people and serve 9 vehicles in the drive thru while my order sat. The manager finally asked someone to get the order 10 min later and apologized to the staff but not me, the patron. I've now realized that I shouldn't go into the building any longer if I want to get my food in a timely manner.

  As a Doordash, I noticed when employees go out of their way to assist me with the order that I need to pick up. Edith went out out of her way, and I wanted her to be recognized.!! Thank you, Edith. Michael.

  Constantly not getting the food we order. Tonight was a new one though.. we got a Big Mac and they gave us three buns with just Mac sauce in it. No meat. Nothing else. Just buns and Mac sauce. What a waste of money.
