    This location is awful. I once waited over an hour for an order. When I called the first time they told me my order was going right out and would be the first delivered. Called back 45 minutes later and asked to cancel the order because at this point it had been over an hour since they’d made the sandwich. I was told they don’t have the drivers phone number to tell them not to deliver the order so they couldn’t do that. Was also told not to worry that my food had been made that long ago because there wasn’t mayo on it. I had to call corporate in order to get a refund. Today I ordered again and after waiting for over an hour I called the store and they told me the driver had delivered my food to another person but they are going to remake it and send it to me. I believe that would at least warrant a phone call to me rather than just waiting for over an hour. For some reason the app won’t let me order from another store so I guess I’m just done with jimmy johns. Update: finally got my order. No chips, no straw, no napkins, and my sandwich was not cut in half.

    Over an hour for delivery and the order wasn't done correctly. Missing ingredients, asked for light cheese and was given extra. Nothing was done about the sandwich until a half hour of me waiting and the store then saying my sandwich was finally being made.

    I appreciate these guys so much, got our orders perfect even with the last minute change! I am so sorry to them for ordering last minute, I didn't realize it was like 10 to closing! Thank you guys! Aug 8th: Had to update because I was honestly very disappointed. Wouldn't let me put the rating on the update so I've had to add it here. Photos are from today. Ordered the hunters club and Tuna club which is what we usually get and offers double meat, paid extra for Avocado. Found no Avocado and there's almost no meat on either sandwhich. And there not even busy...

    We order JJ a lot. My suggestions: 1) Ensure your employees know to do "repeat order". I stopped ordering Jimmy John's for 3 months when an employee stated "he didn't know how to repeat order" and that "he wouldn't ask someone how to do it". 👌 2) If you advertise fast service, please tell customers who call to place an order if a delay is expected. If there is a delay I will call somewhere else or actually put pants on to pick up my own food. I have a window of available time and if it's outside that window, plans need to be made.
