I stopped by the 3170 Elizabeth Lake Waterford location and it was a miserable experience. The fries were obviously re-fried and old. The spicy chicken sandwich had an old and tough bun. The chicken patty itself was thin and tough. The spicy nuggets were cold and borderline inedible. The only saving grace was the chili.
This location is constantly out of resources. Today, it was large cups and dipping sauces.
Either let this location go or support it properly. I will not be eating at this location again. Their food prices are out of control and the quality is just not there.

Hands down, the worst Wendy's experience I've had in a while. And that's saying something. Wendy's overall has been on a decline for years and getting worse daily ( thank management for that) Today's visit was due opening. The person at the drive through window never greeted me, never gave me a total, never said anything, just reached for my card, and handed me a bag. The person on the grill has no idea how long a burger should stay on the grill. Both patties were burnt crispy around the entire perimeter of each burger.
I realize that this is NOT 1980 but dayum... Highly recommend NOT visiting this restaurant

Worst Wendy's ever!! This is the 2nd time that they have nt made my order properly and told a Doordash driver that somebody already picked up my order when nobody ever actually picked up my order. Get it together Wendy's. DO BETTER!!
