I hope I have more experiences like this

Not only was the food old, stale, dry, and hard but they also made it incorrectly. They were obviously irritated when I asked for it to be remade, and then gave me even older, staler items in the remade food somehow! Management needs to get quality control figured out and fire lazy, rude employees!
