  The quality of my sandwich that was made was just complete shit lol they completely messed up my bagel sandwich and they didn’t even add the leafy green stuff that’s supposed to go on. I am extremely disappointed I can’t really even eat it just because it’s does not look appetizing at all, and it does not taste the same without the leafy stuff on it. the manager over the phone did handle it very well. I’m going to post a picture of what it looks like just so that they know I’m not lying about this.

  Extremely rude staff. I ordered a “chicken avocado sandwich” at the drive thru but was unaware that there was two types, the chipotle version and BLT version. I received the BLT version without the staff asking to confirm which option. As I said above, I had no idea there was a BLT version. I don’t eat pork as it makes me sick. I went inside and told the staff that I received the wrong sandwich and they argued with me and said that was the one that I ordered. Definitely won’t be coming back here again and the disrespect was not necessary. I just simply wanted the other sandwich.

  The employees are very nice and act like they care about their job. The food is really good and fresh. My favorite is the Italian sub sandwich- it’s so delicious. The monthly sip club membership is awesome and is definitely worth it- you get back what you paid for it after only a few days.
