  I ordered a 10 piece and I got eight nuggets I tried to call the store and nobody answered. I called three times still no answer. At least DoorDash refunded me. I would not recommend ordering from the store or going here. They messed up your order every single time the fries were cold and burnt and of course they forgot the amount of chicken nuggets that I paid for which is really frustrating. Do not go here

  I don't ever recommend this McDonald's location Horrible time just about every time these days. This is the second time they've been very rude and just trying to push people through the line when they aren't even that busy and they messed up my order and refused to give me the thing I was missing. That I paid money for. And won't do anything about it. I don't get what's so hard about giving us a French fry lol.

  I have never had a problem at any other McDonald’s, which makes this location’s behavior especially unacceptable. Yesterday, I placed a mobile breakfast order at 10:24 AM, the app accepted it, charged me, and confirmed it—meaning breakfast was still active and required to be honored—yet when I arrived at 10:30 AM, employees refused to make it because they “weren’t doing breakfast anymore.” That is not policy, that is laziness. Employees do not get to decide when breakfast ends; the system does, and if the order went through, they were obligated to make it. Every other food place honors limited-time menus until they physically cannot be ordered, not when staff feels like stopping early. Then today, this same location ignored a simple request and gave me zero breakfast sauce when I asked for extra, making the sandwich inedible for me. I’m not picky—I eat all kinds of food—but like many people, certain textures and components are what make a meal actually eatable, and without that sauce I couldn’t eat it without feeling sick. This is not a McDonald’s problem, it’s a this-store problem: lazy employees, zero accountability, and complete disregard for customers and company standards. Management needs to step in immediately, because this location is embarrassing the brand.
