Ordered through drive thru. Ordered 3 b'fast meals with extra hashbrowns. They only had one extra listed. When I asked they said they could correct it at the window. Was handed my order, noticed there are only three hashbrowns in the bag. Should've been 6 (Lets do math: 3 with meals, and 3 extra). At first they said I didn't order them, then they stated they didn't charge me. When I said I asked about them at the kiosk before driving up to the window and said they said they would correct it. Their response was we didn't charge you for them. Instead of acknowledging and correcting it.
Very disappointed, and this unfortunately isn't the first time.
Recommend to make sure your order is corrected as your at the kiosk, so you don't run into the problem. Before you are charged and they can say "you didn't order it".

Very rude staff. I pulled up to the first window and was told to move forward as I had a mobile order. I get to the second window and am given the wrong food. I explain that I had the mobile order and the lady at the window told me I didnt pull up to the first window and that "I should know to do that". I understand that it gets insanely busy and stressful but there is absolutely no reason to talk to customers like that and blame them for things they are not at fault for. Do better

It's a newer style McDonald's with comfy bench seats and modern chairs that's kept clean and open for drive thru orders 24 hours a day. Table service is nice but sometimes forgot. Listen out for a shout out from the pick up area, or your food might sit there a while before anyone brings it to the table. The touch screens to order say it'll be delivered to the table, but that only happens about half the time. The staff are pretty friendly people. There's a few picnic tables outside on a small patch of grass that dogs on a lead might enjoy. No one shovels the sidewalk outside this location, which is a bit irritating for walkers. There's music playing that's generally good and uplifting newer songs. Nice.

Would it kill them to get the order right, the fries warm? If you complain, they threaten you with not getting your food. Poor service, poor attitude, high prices! What a joke for what they charge!
