Ordered a big Mac meal and there was a fish sandwich in the box instead. Called the manager and they said we will glady fix it but when my girlfriend went in the next day the manager on duty had a nasty attitude and was being standoffish instead of fixing what they did wrong. Take some accountability for your mistakes and try not to be rude to your customers.

I haven't been to a McD in a number of years and really only like their fish sandwich and of course the fries -
come to find out this was the 'breakfast' time and the lunch menu (and the fish was on it)
I was short on time, ordered the muffin with canadian bacon, wished I hadn't as the bacon had a slight sour smell as on the verge of going bad - muffin's edges were burnt making the muffin tough - not the employees fault and just reminded me why I stopped buying this overpriced food anyway -

I ordered a ten piece meal. I was asked to pull forward along with a few other cars and waited. After a bit they came out with the orders for the cars waiting. I looked at the order on the bag and it was correct. I looked in and could see a box and a bunch of napkins. I got home and it was a 4 piece nugget and a McChicken. I tried to call but there was no answer. I paid $13 for a 4 piece and a McChicken and not to meal I requested.

This isn't a bad McDonalds. Drive Thru guy is always cool, it's the order fulfillment that needs additional training and understanding, although my missing parts of my order were every well compensated and much appreciated when I just needed the missing items. They are quick and yes use the McD app, always the easiest it seems. But would just say to those filling the orders, 1) Ensure for Accuracy, it should be very standard business practice and process; 2) Ensure CONDIMENTS are provided, i.e., Ketchup is really a nice thing to add to any size fry order and should be added or at the least ask the customer. Other than that keep working to be better, you asked McD's for a job, they didn't call you out of the blue. Keep the food hot and stop giving out brown, dried up hard fries please.

I ordered my food before 4 people simple 10 piece nugget meal, everyone else got their meals before me, one had a quarter pounder meal so I know that took some time to make! I asked what was taking so long, I received no explanation on why it was taking so long when asked again what’s taking so long the manager replies, don’t like it go somewhere else! I worked at McDonald’s for 4 years as a cook and then as a maintenance man and I have never heard of any manager ever talking to anyone like that! Some serious customer service training needs to be established at this location do better!
