I usually order around 8 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays, and there are two recurring problems: they are often out of bread except for mobile orders, and they shut down the toaster at 8 PM even though the store closes at 9. Last time, I placed a mobile order before 8, arrived right at 8, and was told they couldn’t toast my sub because the toaster was already off. Not sure if this is policy or just staff choice, but it’s frustrating when menu options aren’t available an hour before closing. This has happened multiple times and really affects the experience. If the store is open until 9, everything on the menu should be available until then.

Walk in and they were playing inappropriate things over the loud speaker to the whole restaurant and it continued as I tried to order my food, I asked why must this go on? And the guy said “they are children” and I said well then get them to stop and he told me they were the managers.. really unprofessional and almost makes me not want to come back to this location 🫤
Placed order thay called 10 min later telling me thay were out of lettuce. I was told it would take them another 10 min. Then I get text its being delivered Uber eats. From time ordered to getting food was 1.25 hours. My subs were saggy and drinks were warm.
Slow delivery and listed phone number does not work.

Usually not one to leave a review but this is kinda crazy. This location has started doing delivery through door dash, which obviously takes longer than in house delivery. I’ve ordered multiple times since this was implemented and it usually takes about a half hour. Today, I waited an hour until I attempted to call the store. When I called the number listed on the app AND online, it says it’s unavailable. With no way to contact them, I just went to the store. Not a huge deal, but definitely irritating. When I picked it up, they refunded me my tip, but not the delivery fee and they didn’t offer to remake my hour old sandwich. Not the workers fault really, but they just obviously don’t care about customer service at all. I hope they fix the issue with the phones and consider letting customers know that it will take extra time to be delivered, especially when it’s over an hour wait. I was lucky enough to be home and able to go to the store, but under different circumstances this would probably ruin my day.
