I visited the drive through and the lady taking our order and helping us at the window was extremely kind and bubbly. The food was fresh and delicious. I have not visited an Arbyβs in years and I had a very pleasant experience.

I was using the drive-thru My order was taken very well. However, after paying for my order and receiving my order I had to request the receipt. I'm making a purchase from your establishment which means proof of purchase should be followed up. Why do I have to ask for my receipt!!?? And he appeared, going by his outfit,(not a uniform) he appeared to be the manager. He could have been more courteous. As a manager you should certainly know better! A customer shouldn't have to ask for their receipt! Duh!?! What!ππ½ππ½
