  I don't eat fast food often me and my girl order food the the drive threw mostly fried we get the food as I dive off i noticed they didn't give me my fried jalapeños I walk in the oversized male worker stares at me like I stole something and proceed not to help me I tell him I'm missing a item he makes me go all the way back to the car to get the full bag which was pointless then he say he have to make them fresh so it could take 2 to 5 mins I asked can I get my whole order fresh since I have to wait.. now my full order would be cold he says NO!!! I asked for a full refund he gets the lady at the windows she only credit the jalapeños I leave to food and notice my paid amount was $29 she only did $5 I asked for a full refund first they said NO!!! Then the girl say her boss can do it but she would be there in a hour and I don't have a hour to wait all my food was cold it was a waist I'll never be going there again and will encourage people to skip this location

  Went thru the drive thru and they didn’t give me my jalapeño bites and the 3 popcorn ranches that I paid for and when my bf went in to tell them they said to bring the bag back in and it was a lot of back and forth, they said it would take 2 mins to make.. so we ended up leaving the food ended up being cold in end

  Placed my order online got to the store there were 2 cars in the parking lot. Two cars in the drive thru one already at the window one at the menu to place order I pulled up as he was moving to the window to sit behind the 1st car already at the window. I admittedly greeted with please wait, where I waited almost 5 minutes to let them know I placed order online then frustrated voice told me pull forward. Now I am 3rd car waiting at the window where I sat for another 10 minutes to get our food. We got our food which was now to cold to be edible so had to take to where I was going with my grandkids and ask if I could use their microwave to warm up their dinner that just cost me over 30.00 and then couldn't eat the curly fries at they taste old and reheated.

  I am a DoorDash delivery driver and I had a pleasure of dealing with the manager KEONA. What a pleasant disposition she had and she was a very very accommodating.

  Went to order lady said how can I help as I was ordering i got cut off by another employee screaming we will help you in a min like um u just asked what I wanted to order been here multiple times they screw up orders are rude will never order from this place again
