They did not make my food correctly the lady was very apprehensive and claimed that we were cussing at her. For there to be no manager before even 4pm on a Thursday is a bit redundant. Now I have to wait until Friday to talk to a manager to get my refund which on normal terms would be okay but the fact I had called in before they even made the food to make sure the food would be correct and when I called again to tell them it was not correct, I feel like there should be more of a immediate reaction..
