  My main grip with this place is there delivery service they have going on with Uber eats, etc… Our family eats quite a bit of tropical smoothie so when the whole family wants one plus a snickerdoodle cookie, plus a banana, but we don’t all want a pile in to the minivan and drive across town in rush-hour. We order it. Which means you may not collect your rewards even though you just spent $70-$100 there which they figured out a way to screw over their own customers by doing that and secondly it seems that this specific location for some reason will randomly add on a bunch of stuff or purposely throw in different things which has happened more than two or three times not just one mistake because they know if you order it through the third-party that it’s such a pain in the booty to try to get it fixed that it’s really just not worth it so stay away from this location if you’re gonna do that. In fact, If you’re gonna order from a third-party like GrubHub or Uber eats or whichever it may be, I would probably forget about tropical smoothie altogether.

  Placed an online order, had to wait 20 minutes inside the store for it still. Instead of giving some kind of explanation to the matter while I was there and waiting, some Blonde male gave me attitude about it.

  Only go here during day shift. Anything you order on afternoon shift will be wrong. They never make the food right, it's not good and they need up your order. Day shift is way better.

  Terrible work ethic closing 15 minutes before closing time you’re supposed to clean the dishes after 9 o’clock like we use to as kid yall are joke
