No one had made it and there was nothing they could do to replace it. No other cakes, no excuse, no calling around to other stores, no refund, and no apology. The days of customer service are gone. They can't get decent people to work and the blonde behind the counter was so rude I was beyong belief. I left in tears with no cake and no refund.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
