Came 2 weeks ago and forgot to add whip cream to my daughters coffee, I asked them to do it and was willing to pay the up charge, and was told she can’t do it. Last week I came in and ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant, when I got it, the whole thing was cold. Didn’t feel like it was even cooked. Went this morning for frozen coffee, they gave me 2 ICED coffee with no cream, they gave me another ice coffee for the error. I didn’t have time to wait for it to be fixed. I’ve called 8 times today and still no answer. Just horrible
