  Our food and service was great, but on the other hand Nicole the double wide manager had an attitude as big as her number on the weight scale. She seemed to be salty that she had to actually work instead of sitting in the break room munching on fudge rounds and twinkies.(All she had to do was bring food to tables and gave us an attitude because we did not understand something she said and told us to "come on") We even heard her talking down on the waiters and giving them a hard time even though they were short staffed and were going as fast as they could. Nicole needs to be re trained ASAP.

  My group and I showed up near closing time and had the best experience. Austin our server was funny, charming, and took our order with ease and hooked us up. Austin puts the extra in extraordinary.

  Honestly one of the greatest food experiences I’ve ever had, the customer service was phenomenal and our server Austin was absolutely phenomenal and made sure we had a great time, he honestly deserves a promotion

  Do not order carry out from this location. My office regularly orders meals for carry out here over the past few years. If any more than 2 people order consider something missing from the order for sure. Sauces, sides, or wings we’ve had it all missed over the years. Today missed an entire order of wings and fries, every ranch we ordered (free sides and paid for ranches) called back about the missing items and they acknowledged immediately that they had missed these items and to come back. No sorry for the inconvenience or nothing. Show up and they hand me a cold box of wings, no bag, no fries and a paper bag of 4 ranch’s and some carrots and then walked back to the back. No sorry again. And same as the few times I have had to go back in the past for an item through the years absolutely no consideration of extra food or a small gift certificate or anything for having to make several trips, let food get cold, etc. because of their ineptitude. Shame because the food is solid.

  No one’s ever at the register anymore! They’ll have you waiting for 20 minutes before even coming to ask what you would like to order, or if you’re there for a pic up! Most employees sit and stare at you instead of asking what you need help with! Food is decent not the greatest like before ! Waitresses expect a tip but can’t even do the job right !!
