  I pick up delivery orders from this merchant all the time. I arrive a few minutes before the pick up time. 90% of the time the food is not ready. Even when not that busy. I can see the staff working hard. I don’t know what it is they just can’t get the food done in a timely fashion. Then I heard the manager say she was delaying the DoorDash order because the are to busy. I will unassign order very time for now on. You have 10 minutes past the pick up time. After that I can unassign the order. It won’t hurt me there is usually another order waiting for me as soon as I leave. Your customer can just wait forever . I will let them know why to via text. Also multiple drivers will probably be bugging you to pick up the order after that. Serve the orders in order you receive them. I watched you serve customers in the lobby around my pick up order. My time is valuable also. The men’s bathroom needs to be addressed to. Terrible at times. Hit the toilet people come on!

  I’m 41 years old. I went to this Romeo MI, location. On Van Dyke. Just north of 30 Mile Road. Ordered a Chicken Quesadilla meal. The Quesadilla had no chicken in it ! I’ll never return! Only publishing the review to help someone else avoid this problem! Skip this restaurant!

  This place us terribly slow. Absolutely 0 rush by employees. I see my order sitting there, waiting for for drinks while they've passed our like 5 drove thru order.

  Had a big order, everything was correct! Food was amazing and it was quick service!
