- JBJulia BrownJan 1, 20242.0My husband and I love subway and we have been to various locations (Washington, Romeo, Shelby Twp, etc). However this one is by far the worst. The food is okay but the oven is never hot enough and the food, by the time it is wrapped up, is cold. The service is the main issue we have. Service is extremely slow. It took us 15 minutes today to get our 2 subs (that isn’t even a joke). Then, an older man came in as well another man for a to go order, and the employee said it would be 15 minutes of a wait for them. Like how?! A previous time we went to this location last time, a different employee was working and again was very slow. The training for these employees needs to improve. For the most part, the areas were clean and same with bathrooms.
