  31301 Van Dyke store is a huge disappoint me. I have been there at least 3x and they never get the order right. I ordered a single, they gave me a double, the drink was tall as me, the tomatoes were just as saugy as can be, no lettuce just a mess. I never leave reviews but I had to. Do better!

  Asked for a single combo regular. They charged me for a double combo large then took almost 15 minutes to bring it out the drive thru. Worst Wendy's EVER, telling ALL my friends and family never go there. 👎🏾

  We understand you can't make garbage taste any better The food is garbage we get that but your business is failing because people are sick and tired of DoorDash and these other delivery services charging us double for garbage which ultimately is you are ripping us off I'll never step foot in another one of your restaurants I hope you go under

  Do yourself a favor and go to the 12 and Hayes location. This particular Wendy's at 13 and Vandyke is pure incompetence. Fast food should not be pull up and wait nearly 20 minutes for 1 combo. Ridiculous!

  Came here for lunch waited 5 mins behind one other car in the drive thru lane I ordered 2 value menu chicken sandwiches and a 10pc nugget( and I know they heard me because they asked what sauce I wanted). when I got to the window they had me pull over to wait for *15 minutes and came out with just the sandwiches and when I asked about my nuggets the worker went back inside and came back out and rudely said “my manager said look at the receipt” to which they never added the nuggets to my order.
