    Very disappointing experience. The food was not good and the service was even worse. It took almost 20 minutes just to get a simple cheeseburger. Now I understand why this place has such low reviews. I wouldn’t come back.

    I asked for tenders and a chocolate shake. I get nuggets and a vanilla shake. I go back for the correct order first tender I bite raw. Tell me you don't want customers without saying it.

    They made my sandwich wrong twice and in those 2 times plus the time I waited for my food to come out the first time it was over a half an hour of standing in the lobby waiting for my sandwich to come out correct.

    This place is TERRIBLE!!! I don’t know what’s going on with the young women at the drive-thru, but all I see is young women laughing, horseplaying, and mixing up people’s meals. Then catching an attitude when you correct them. You chose this job; why are you mad at the customers? No need to bring your personal problems to work.

    Tonight I ordered Wendy's pickup and sent my husband to get the order. When he arrived at the location they told him that Chili wasn't available and the only thing they could do was give him a 6 piece nugget?? (the value is less than the original item). He leaves and comes home. I'm handing out the order and not only did they not give an extra 6 piece nugget to replace the chili... they shorted me a fry. On top of all that they didn't even give him a receipt. So I jump on the app to report the missing items (as I've done in the past on competitors apps)... suprise! No option to dispute errors on the app. Only option is a phone number. Guess what happens when you call the number? If you press 4.. it hangs up. If you press 5 the next menu let's you press 2 but hangs up on you. What kind of service is this? You just legitimately rip people off and offer no way to file a complaint or correction?
