  This is one of the better Paneras in the area. Other locations pay no mind to swapping the container/dispensers for brewed tea and iced coffee, so neither ever tastes right. This one seems to pay attention to this detail and is worth going out of my way to get a decent iced coffee.

  We have been coming here since place was built. Cafe is very well managed and service is prompt and efficient. If worker makes a mistake, management knows how to fix it right away. We love their bread, bagels and sandwiches. Breakfast sandwiches are especially good. We usually modify it and they make it right. I wish Panera would bring back flatbreads.

  Refusing me to pick up my $80 breakfast order because their "short staffed" called the lady to ask if they can just give my pickup instead of making me wait 45 min in a huge line. Lady said no and started crying. Waited until 735, my pickup was at 7am. Now im late. Never got the food, had to leave. Need a refund.

  Waited 10 minutes for an asiago bagel and they gave me one with literally two pieces of shredded cheese on it. Like if I wanted a plain bagel thats what I wouldve ordered and to take 10 minutes to serve me crap on top of it is just ridiculous. Fire the whole staff and get new people because they clearly hate the job and provide bad service and food.
