    They mistreated us was mad for no reason handled us food with attitude even we said thank you no response was back very rude. Hamburger was taste hard and old . First time in this location and my last too

    I did a mobile order for a baked potato. Came in about 15 min. Someone else wanted a baked potato so I placed another mobile order and waited a few minutes and got back in line and let them know I had to order for pick up. It could have maybe they needed more time to complete the order but I get to the window she tells me they don’t have the potato I said OK so what can I do to cancel it? She tells me she doesn’t know And it was just no customer service at all. In the moment with the woman with the pinkish hair. Even though I just picked up a potato 6-7 mins ago now you don’t have any, ok. The tone could have been nicer I just said ok and drove away

    I used to love coming here on I believe Joe?s shift I haven’t seen him in a long time.. anyways I always ask for my order cooked fresh and it seems like every time I ask practically beg because I say it multiple times and they still DONT DO IT. then I’ll wait the 8-10 minutes and the extra items I paid for wouldn’t be on the sandwich. I know you guys don’t care much and you’re just at work but it’ll be nice to just listen to the customer because that’s what you sign up for in customer service.. idk I just think that’s rude and disrespectful that’s like giving someone who said no salt, salt. no tomatoes. Tomatoes… like just inconveniencing people as if these ingredients are coming out of your pockets personally.
