  I was not expecting much considering where it is and how it looks from the parking lot. I tried to go in and order at 7pm but the door was locked to get in so I was stuck going through the drive thru even though they had a worker letting others in the building. They were taking orders and having you pull up past the timer so their numbers look good but then you are waiting forever for your food. When I did finally get my order everything was there and warm surprisingly. I would go back but maybe not so late.

  The young cashier forgot my food so I followed up after awhile. I didn't blame anyone or make trouble but the manager was still very apologetic and fair when I followed up with the receipt. She and her staff noticed the time stamp all on their own. The professionalism is appreciated. Plugs work, bathroom's clean. Only complaints are no recycling bin and that the drinks machine is out of all diet options. Happy with the experience.

  What an absolutely horrible excuse of a restaurant, and an absolutely terrible staff. I ordered just two burgers from this piece of crap place, they had me pull ahead and I waited 15 minutes and nothing got brought out, while they brought out food for two people who were behind me in the order line. I finally got fed up and just left, I'd rather waste the money and move on then wait for this terrible staff to never bring food. This is a despicable restaurant with lazy staff. Don't ever order food from here, you're literally worth going everywhere else but here. As a matter of fact, go sit in a restaurant, and wait 2 hours to order your food, you'd still be better off than getting any kind of food from this dumpster fire of a fast food restaurant, and I use that term "fast" VERY loosely. I wouldn't order a fry from this place. Not an order of fries, I would not order a single fry from this place, especially because it would probably take you 4 years to get it. What a waste of space. You might as well bulldoze this restaurant and put something else there. You'd be better off than what's there right now.

  Don’t bother, unless you would like to wait 28 minutes or longer for your meal, end up going inside after ordering at the drive thru, and the food is barley edible. So disappointing

  Disgusting restaurant. Soda machine didn’t work. Ketchup dispenser empty. Bathroom was too gross to even use. Restaurant completely empty at lunch time. Staff couldn’t even process the order or get us ketchup to go with it. Eventually we threw out the food and left, didn’t even care to interact with the employees and ask for a refund at that point. The Wendy’s franchisee who runs this location should be ashamed and lose it, honestly.
