Even then they will be short with you and treat you like an inconvenience. They mix up all the orders in the mobile order area as well and then treat you like you're stupid when you can't find your drink that they put with the wrong order.

I was greeted abd asked if I was picking up an order I said no placing an order, the guy walks over to a keyosk and said to place my order on it. I looked at the guy and said no thank you can you take my order he said no it had to be done on the keyosk. Taco Bell you are out of your damn mind thinking im going to pay those prices and have to place my own order. Customers have to place their own order inside or an AI takes your order outside what's next the customer has to make the food theirself?? I will stick with Del Taco real people taking orders.
