  Had a food delivery the food is cold and there wasn't any of the mild sauces that I specifically asked for

  Just ordered some strips that were ice cold. Didn’t realize it until I got all the way to my job. Took back and the white lady taking orders got smart with me because I didn’t Stop at the order window and talk to the ai robot. Not only that she cussed me. Told everything for me not to throw my drink in her face. I will Be reporter her to the manager and if she is a manager im reporting her to The district manager or whoever is over That store. I told her If yall Didn’t serve me ice cold food I wouldn’t have to return. She said well u could have let us remake them. Not knowing Im already late going back lunch break because yall messed up. But it’s cool

  Absolutely horrible. Came in at 7 to order our food. I had ordered a nacho bell grande with the nacho cheese sauce on the side… cheese all over it. I come in to address and some girl named Brittney acknowledged me but left me standing there before even addressing the problem for over 2 minutes. All of the employees were joking and playing around instead of working and fixing the problems they had. While brittney told me to hold on a second another customer cpmes up and ask for tomatoes because he did not receive any amd she argued with him instead of just telling him ok and giving him a side of tomatoes told him he didnt order it. I told her thats not how you respond to a customer and she told me I could leave I told her I wouldn’t and to just arguing back and forth to us and fix the problem. At the end another co worker stepped in defused the problem and fixed all our problems. They also closed down the store at 7:30pm on a Sunday. Not acceptable at all

  One taco, the shell was broke.So they added another shell, which was kind of goofy, all in all the food was good.
