I often visit this location and have generally had positive experiences, but my recent visit was very disappointing. I placed an online order to avoid waiting in line, yet I still had to wait nearly 30 minutes for my food. It appeared that my order was misplaced, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. I even witnessed one employee raising her voice at others about unfulfilled online orders, which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. After finally receiving my meal, I returned to my office only to discover two white hairs in the food. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable, especially after such a long wait. I understand that this location can get quite busy during lunch hours, but I believe the team should be better prepared to handle the rush while maintaining proper food safety and cleanliness standards. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so improvements can be made for future customers.
