  Do not recommended this location. Ordered delivery for a full sandwich and received a salad with peppers and nuts that I cannot eat. This salad is less money than the custom sandwich I ordered. Lost money and very upset.

  2 times so far. One sandwich was forgotten the first time now the second time they didnt read the order properly, made a half, saw it was a full so gave me another half and the whole bottom baguette is literally almost as thin as a piece of cardboard box. What is going on with this location??

  I was really excited about trying Panera Bread for the first time. Before we left, my daughter checked the bag and my order was missing an item which was quickly fixed...but to my disappointment, I got mac and cheese instead of the broccoli and cheese soup that I had ordered. I really wanted broccoli and cheese soup 😔 Update I called and they were extremely nice and eager to fix the issue and inconvenience ⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I went in here on February 4th at noon. I wish I got the lady’s name who was working in the dining room cleaning table. She was so incredibly nice. It makes me want to go back there always. My food was delicious and the lady who took my order was fabulous as well. I hope you can give these ladies some recognition if the management reviews the time and date. I had a black coat on and a ponytail with blonde hair thank you so much for your time.

  Ordered via drive thru for a family member. Did not know until I got to his home that is was not correct! The sandwich was not what we wanted and the one given he was unable to eat as it was very spicy hot & greasy! I have the receipt with order # on it. Such a disappointment! Was supposed to be a Ciabatta Cheesesteak. Got an Italian sandwich with hot peppers, etc. Called but got a machine asking me to call back another time.
