- JGJennifer Galadik3 days ago5.0Went here last night with my teen daughter and her friends we ordered on the app. The pm staff was amazing . Which is hard to find in a younger staff. We went around 9pm which is a hard time to get staff engaged because of closing time but this staff treat us like royalty. We got shakes and they were perfect. They were out of the sauce for nuggets that we wanted. But they got us a different sauce and worked with the girls to find the one they wanted and as we were leaving they 67 the girls to make their day complete. This staff was juat amazing! Thank you!

AND they always have the bathroom in the playplace locked, so instead of taking the time to just clean it, they make the parents have to gather all their kids to take ONE to the bathroom. The manager was not helping her employees, but standing in the lobby flirting with a guy unabashedly and talking about her body. There's also no trash cans in the playplace either which makes cleaning up so difficult with the kids playing. I won't be back.

It’s right by my work so I keep giving them chance after chance but everytime I come here I am waiting 20+ minutes for a mobile order. Today I waited 17 minutes in the drive thru and then waited an extra 12 minutes for “burritos”. After waiting for burritos, a worker approached my vehicle and said my order was deleted and asked for my receipt so they could make it. I will not come to this location ever again.
