I always ask for them to fix it and it’s either a problem or they don’t do anything but make it more milky. The service is always horrible they never know what I’m saying and they are always rude or on their phones talking. They don’t take refunds and they say it’s against their policy but anywhere else they let me. Last time one of the workers got into an argument with me because I asked to fix my drink and it just kept tasting worse so I asked for a refund and she refused till she called her boss and they said it was fine.
