I’ve come here previous times and thought it would be better maybe the barista was new but I’ve come to the conclusion all the baristas at this location are not experienced and need more training!! I wanted a frozen Carmel coffee but instead was given a coffee with no Carmel. My order was supposed to be $5.61 but I was charged a whole dollar extra and I was charged $6.67. I DIDNT EVEN GET A RECEIPT

Especially this morning, it was 2 women on staff they upcharged my sister in law for a drink and made it wrong and then when I went back she said she “ordered it wrong” then repeated the order back to me in a different order but I heard her say caramel.. there’s literally no caramel to be seen in the drink. I checked the prices for the location for the drink she charged her for and it’s still less than what she charged me. She didn’t remake it didn’t refund the dollar difference and didn’t even offer a sorry.. she appeared to be the manager on staff this is disappointing and distasteful just stop coming to this location if you actually want what you order and to be charged right.

Its bread.... its not toasted... its not grilled ... its bread. Yall who work there are nice as pie. But I won't be back. Im tired of feeling ripped off from this location at least half my mornings. Its always half made or wrong, or in this case a complete lie.
