And I always do a mobile order so there’s no miscommunication. I order loaded hashbrowns, and I get a hard scoop of cheese that’s ice cold and when I order brown sugar syrup for my coffee, they give me caramel. And they’re always so rude about it too

Especially this morning, it was 2 women on staff they upcharged my sister in law for a drink and made it wrong and then when I went back she said she “ordered it wrong” then repeated the order back to me in a different order but I heard her say caramel.. there’s literally no caramel to be seen in the drink. I checked the prices for the location for the drink she charged her for and it’s still less than what she charged me. She didn’t remake it didn’t refund the dollar difference and didn’t even offer a sorry.. she appeared to be the manager on staff this is disappointing and distasteful just stop coming to this location if you actually want what you order and to be charged right.
