When I went inside, another customer said she had already been waiting 10 minutes. After ringing the bell and calling the store, an employee finally came out, saying he was the only one there and had gone to the restroom. He helped the other customer first but completely overlooked me until I spoke up—then took my order with noticeable frustration and even snatched the money from my hand. Although with a smile. It didn’t feel professional or welcoming at all. I understand being short-staffed, but having only one person running an entire store isn’t safe or fair to employees or customers. Sadly, this experience has made me hesitant to return. Not to mention the donut frosting was dry and crusty. Should have just went to the grocery store.

Cut into the cake at the party, tag said chocolate cake. It was white confetti cake. It was a mess. No compensation or anything.
