- JRJennifer Rodriguez2 days ago1.0My daughter and I went online and customized an ice cream cake on January 6th to be picked up on January 10th at noon we arrived about 2:00 p.m. the work associate- said there is no cake made with our name and our order number, there was no manager to speak to, they did absolutely nothing to satisfy us, the lady was very rude. Very sad that you got to disappoint people especially on their birthday, my 14-year-old daughter that specially customized her own cake was very excited to pick it up when we arrived they had no clue about our order! Very sad and a big disappointment, the work associate acted like she didn't care and did not have a clue.. buyers be aware. The management where the owners really need to reevaluate their working crew!! The food is awful, the service is definitely no good, the compassion and the care for the people US- the customers is gone- there is none whatsoever!! The work associate did not feel bad at all was not apologetic and didn't care that our cake was never even made on my daughter's special day so sad

Damn, this doesn't look like a normal Dairy Queen. It's pretty beautiful. Order a chocolate blizzard with oreo and cookie dough and some cheese curds. I've never had a blizzard hooked up more fat in my life. I expect oreo dust and some occasional chunks but it's like 10 whole oreos just lightly crushed in this thing. Overfilled. Cheese curds are top tier. Only criticism I have is that they come with ketchup. That's a dumb dip for cheese curds.

- GMgreen macDec 8, 20251.0Your employees between five and 520 were very rude and disrespectful to a customer that was in front of me. The gentleman was proceeded to ask them if they were done with his order they proceeded to tell him no not yet the employees were walking around with 2 cups in their hands and there was empty and it was, they were walking around for a minute with the customers empty cups before they filled them. Your employee was acting very strange and very suspect with the 2 cups like he did something to him and I believe that you should watch the video and see what happened to that customer’s food to make sure no one got sick.
