  Was recently in your 12 and mound road location for dinner with my family 1-9-2026 We waited to be seated, no big deal it’s a Friday and games were on. We get seated by Lee the waiter and then have to wait over 20 minutes to bring us menus or even awknowledge that we’re there. We finally get menus order our drinks which takes atleast another 10 minutes to bring 2 Pepsi and one draught beer, again still not a problem. We ordered our food (all American burger, 6 boneless wings, and 5 tenders with various sauces, and a crispy BUFFALO chicken wrap) the wrong wrap was delivered and we sent it back to be corrected, Lee proceeded to give us the correct wrap that was previously delivered to the wrong table (gross) but upon that delivery the wrap was still incorrectly made , all the fries were way over cooked on all orders and the burger and wings were cold upon delivery to our table. We asked to see a manager and she waddled over and said “I have answers but your not gonna like it” we explained our discrepancy about all the food and she just took it all away and said “have a good night and walked away” I feel like she didn’t even try to correct the issues with anything and just basically kicked us out of the establishment after being there patiently waiting for our dinner for almost 2 hours just to be left with no dinner and a super sour taste in my mouth about the whole company and how they treat their paying customers. I also feel somewhat discriminated against due to the fact that Lee went tender to all his other tables frequently (even before any problems arose) and just so happens that we were his only Caucasian table. This is very disheartening and I am ashamed of the way your employees and managers handle situations.

  Management here couldn't care less about the quality of the food leaving the kitchen and the wait staff is no better screwed up the sauce for the cheese curds no big deal sends the burger i ordered a burger with mustard and cheese only manager comes to my table with the ticket the waitress miswrote the order and the manager tried to spin it as if it was my fault fault The remake was delicious but the staff was horrible wont return 1/7/2025 4:56 pm

  I always have an issue with my food rather it's cold and not fresh fries to they given all drums NOT mix but you can't pay for all flats and the veggies especially the carrots straight out the bag not washed nothing not cut or clean

  Our party was sitting for 15 minutes after being seated with no menus, no drinks no nothing. Spoke to the manager and of course our party was a little irritated and once we said we were putting in a review he told us we were no longer welcome at Buffalo Wild Wings and told us they will not serve us and to leave their establishment. We were no longer welcome here. Definitely not a place to find your looking for service. Wish we could give this place negative stars!

  So yet again, this Buffalo Wild Wings has provided subpar service and I’m thinking about contacting their corporate office. Order messed up again. I have learned to check my food before I leave and the young lady, instead of looking at my food to compare it to the receipt, she proceeded to say that the receipt is right so to her I guess the contents of the bag is right also. When she finally got with the help of another employee, I sat there and watched other people get their food and they forgot all about me. Having to ask again, “what did you have”. By now I’m pissed. I asked to speak to the manager and I told her to do better, but she didn’t provide the level of customer service that was needed in this moment. No apology, no compensation. Now I am mad enough to contact corporate now that I think about it. Do better!
