  We placed our orders, waited 45 minutes, only to watch 3 tables that came in after us get there food. So we left. I told my coworker I didn't like coming to this location on Mound and 12 mile because they take forever. We were all in agreement that we will not return.

  We ended up at Buffalo Wild Wings because Chilli’s had rude customer service. We initially went to Chilli’s and sat at the bar waiting for table. We literally sat at the bar for over 12 minutes and the rudest bartender was having a full on personal conversation with another couple at the bar and totally ignored us the entire time until I had to say something so we left and went to a much better customer service restaurant/ bar B-DUBS! Saturday, March 7 at around 5:15 we were at that horrible Chilli’s location on Mound Road and 12 mile! B-DUBS is B-DUBS so had a ball 🏀 Until next time folks, be safe, and remember to love one another!

  10:30 no food complete waste of my time. Hours say 11 guess the manager can’t read. No wonder parking lot empty. Hey people lead bye example …

  Had to make a reservation here during super bowl in order to get in and I dont regret it. Food may had gotten to us slow but again it was during super bowl so it was to be expected, Atmosphere was lively and actually made the experience amazing, Server was nice, kind and attentive to my tablet even with the busyness of that day. Overall all enjoyed every bit of it.

  I ordered from this location about 2 weeks ago (01/23/26) via the app. The order was placed around 9pm with estimated arrival time to be around 10pm. At 10:30pm the app was not updating so I called the restaurant. They said the order has not been picked up and they would add extra sauce for the issues. At 11:00pm still not updated so I called again and asked if my food was sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hours now and indicated I did not want it (or would like fresh). That is when I got the manager on the phone (Trey Brown). He told me that he would refund the order and at that time I was not okay with just a refund. I was expecting maybe a free app or something, but he got really upset with this request. The proceeded to tell me that if that wasn't good enough he wouldn't process the refund and I would have to contact corporate for a refund. I eventually asked for his name and he refused to give it to me, so when I contacted corporate I wouldn't have a name. So I called back later to eventually get the information from the person that answered the phone. Now it has been 12 days and still no refund for an order over $40. I contacted corporate 5 days ago without resolution. I would highly recommend not dining here (based on similar comments of a manger telling people not to come back) or delivery due to this incident.
