  This is the worst Arby's in this area, male kid running the drive-thru ignores you trying to place order. He will have you sitting there for 5 minutes he does this all the time to multiple people in vehicles. Then when you drive up to the window he walks off so you can't see his face today it happened to me at 5PM and also the two vehicles in front of me, I'm calling corporate and the district manager this has been going on for too long at this location ONLY 11 1/2 and Van Dyke

  Ordered door dash and the didn't give me a sandwich. Tried to call, no answer. They should have to door dash me the sandwich they missed.

  Me and my dad was waiting on our food for 40 minutes at least took forever for our food. The people in back was Serving the food was being unprofessional Two people in the back was arguing Instead of making the food never coming back again!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

  Service was fast and friendly today. Food was hot and fresh. They changed the buns on the French dip sandwiches however, which is disappointing. The previous buns were perfect, these were a little too soft and not as good!
