  worst iced coffee I've had in a while. horrifically burnt tasting and 3 pumps of liquid sugar couldn't even be detected

  I literally try not to be rude or anything to any service workers, but the way this last visit PMO to a point I never knew I could get over coffee is crazy. I asked for the Brown Sugar Shakin Shaken Expresso with 2 pumps of Carmel and light ice. On the left if the rest of the SAME drink I didn't finish that I got the previous day, on the right is what I received today (now mind you the ONLY difference is there's one LESS pump of Carmel in the one on the right). You could look at it and tell it's nothing but creamer in it! I take a sip & yes my taste buds confirmed it barely any coffee in it and thick from all the creamer. I tell the guy at the window "Hey this doesn't like anything I asked for it's too much creamer and it also tastes watered down" he goes and of course looks at the cups writing saying this is what I asked for. He asked if I wanted an additional shot of Expresso and I said sure. He comes back with the same cup and a manager. He asks what the issue is, I tell him again. He says "Well the drink already comes with 2 Expresso shots, you asked for light ice too so we can't change the recipe if you want another shot that's fine, but yeah we can't change how it's made". Did I ask you to change the recipe? Or did I simply say LESS ICE and 2 pumps of Carmel? How is that so hard? Why did you put extra creamer in it also? IT ISN'T EVEN BROWN it's damn near WHITE because you didn't make it right. Someone on here said they lack consistency and that couldn't be more true. You're trying to get smart about a recipe THEY DON'T EVEN FOLLOW! Almost $7 for a cup of watered down over creamed coffee not tasting anything like brown sugar or even the Carmel I asked for. I'll never come back to this location or any for that matter. Dunkin used to so good to smh.

  This is my regular Duncan that I always go to and I always go in the morning usually right when they open. The workers are always very kind and always have my order ready right away. They never get my order wrong and it's always on point always would definitely recommend this location.

  They are stealing money …,,, I come there every day ..they try to charge a an extra 1.00 on my drink .. I buy this drink everyday ….. the man at the window ….. is tryna charge me extra for whip crème when it comes with the drink ….. I been drinking this frozen coffe for three years….. I want this place shut down

  I was in the drive thru and no one was talking, so I went inside and then the employee just walked to the back and I stood there for 5 mins and had to leave because no one wanted to take my order. So the employee’s don’t care and that’s awful!
