  Broken down joint. rude employees. I have never seen an employee smile or tell me “your welcome” the 4 years I have been going to to this Place. I have complained about the food( never have a variety of donuts even at 11 o’clock in the morning) And the donuts are always hard. I filled out the survey and replace it a higher up person call me and all I got was a dry email saying I’m sorry we will talk to the team. Even if that was the case, I would have expected a difference, but today was my last draw. I will be going back to that location

  Beware if you mobile order if they do not have a portion of your order they will not refund you for the item and will swap it out, sometimes for an item of lesser value.

  The closing lady for 4/5/26 at 7:40 was so rude I pulled up and she was talking on the phone in her language and I was Looking for what to order and I couldn’t even get a thought in my brain because she kept on interrupting me at least 5 times and telling me to hurry up and order because they are closing.. I told her my order (cocoa cloud latte with oat milk instead and an extra pump of something..) she started speaking really fast and told me no to pick something else because they are closing. I picked literally the same thing just minus the changes I asked for and she did that just fine. Never coming again.

  Everytime I come in I get a matcha and it’s either always too milky or the matcha just tastes bad. I always ask for them to fix it and it’s either a problem or they don’t do anything but make it more milky. The service is always horrible they never know what I’m saying and they are always rude or on their phones talking. They don’t take refunds and they say it’s against their policy but anywhere else they let me. Last time one of the workers got into an argument with me because I asked to fix my drink and it just kept tasting worse so I asked for a refund and she refused till she called her boss and they said it was fine.

  The front guy Sam is very friendly and well mannered. He really takes care of the customer. Makes the drink perfectly. The donuts are very fresh too. highly recommended.
