  One of the worst Dunkin’s in the county. I was on my way to office to grab breakfast. There were 2 cars ahead of me. I waited for 5 mins to get to my turn. And there was no response for 2 mins from the lady who was taking drive-thru orders. After I placed my order, I waited for almost 10 mins at the pickup counter. The lady is so arrogant and didn’t even give me my order which was ready long ago. I received cold food and this is a terrible experience. The box is all wet at the bottom due to the steam that formed as she just kept the box aside and didn’t give me for more than 5 mins after it was ready. They should just shutdown this center as I see similar experiences listed here in the reviews section.

  Visited this location at 7am on 2 separate occasions. Both days, the donuts were not fresh.

  You guys don't go to this Duncan please don't go to Dunkin donuts in this location they did me dirty I'm going to send you a picture of how it look they gave me half the cup and not the full version of what I asked for.

  I’ve come here multiple times and only some employees are nice and do a well job. But I came here 2 days ago Saturday at 9pm. And the lady gave me the coldest coffee that was not freshly brewed and not enough cream and sugar. Very unprofessional during order taking and very disappointing because I had no time to go back and get a new coffee and had to stick with a cold one. Store wasn’t even busy either to not be able to brew fresh coffee.
