  It took 10 minutes to get greeted by our waitress, even though the dining room was near empty. Waitress had a see through pants on, which left little to imagination. Food is good overall, just like you would expect from the brand, but it takes a while to receive it and they don’t customize it correctly.

  Ordered through DoorDash for a birthday dinner 4 meals and the entire order was wrong/missing items. We order boneless wings kids meal and was given bone in. Second kids meal was suppose to be wet lemon pepper and was sent chicken tenders with no sauce or seasoning. Both app samplers were missing items such as wings, pretzels, cheese sticks. Oh and the driver waited a very long time for our food which was cold abs we live 5 minutes away. See pictures for receipt and food.

  I'm a regular here because it's outstanding. Amy, Ashley, Chelsea, Cristina, and Danielle take great care of us. And if something isn't right, just say the word, and they'll make it right. Never a reason to leave with less than a five star experience. I especially love the Hatch Queso, Buffalo Chicken Dip, Mild Buffalo Wings, and Chicken Caesar Salad, but they have dozens of other great appetizers and entrees.

  We visited for dinner and it was one of the worst experiences ever. We ordered pick 4 appetizer with 4 sauces. It took a very long time to receive it and when we finally got it, items were missing and boneless wings hardly had any bbq sauce on it. Waitress had a bad attitude and did not apologized for missing items. We got charged extra for bbq sauce, which is surprising, considering the fact that wings hardly had any sauce on it. We asked for the manager and were told he’s not in, but we can talk to “Candy” Candy said that extra charges for bbq sauce will remain and did not apologize about missing items and our overall experience.

  Went to b Dubs and immediately realized why I don’t eat here, mediocre food that gives you diarrhea everytime you eat it. I got a sampler box and the burgers were dry and tasteless and the wings were over cooked one set had so much sauce it got everything else in the box covered in the buffalo.
