  3 cars in front of me and it was 30+ min for the drive thru at 11pm. Terribly slow and apathetic employees.

  Younger lady at the window with the purple hair was so sweet!! Definitely glad to see some professionalism. Food was set back and we did have about a 10 minute wait but she was very kind the whole time, whole staff was very kind . Be nicer to these kids there damn near running this whole store by themselves give them a break. When I received my food everything looked great :)

  I’ve eaten at Taco Bell locations forever… that said this one is “The worst”. I just picked up lunch through the drive thru window… not busy but I had to wait for 1 combo meal- which was the “most inconsistent, sloppy, not wrapped so when I picked the sandwich out of the bag dumped out - SLOP I’ve ever paid for in my life. 3 sandwiches, 3 piles of slop. I’m done, never again.

  KEEP DRIVING!! Maybe hit Mrs T’s instead and support a small business than these guys. I’ve given them a few chances but why does the customer have to train the people how to make a taco???Seriously! The CHARGE $.75 EXTRA per taco for LETTUCE!!!! And they can’t even do that right. And these are REGULAR tacos, just beans lettuce and cheese. Look at these pictures this isn’t even what a regular taco should look like!! If I ask them please put lettuce on them, they immediately want to charge me. “Can you just make them the way you are supposed to?” They cop an attitude. That’s why I ask for extra lettuce cuz evidently, the employees here don’t eat vegetables and only cheese and meat. Guess what, I remove a lot of cheese cuz in not supposed to eat it. You can go anywhere else, like Jimmy John’s and ask for extra lettuce and they dump a ton on, which is a much larger item than a regular taco - for free!!! I paid an extra $3 for 4 small tacos and got 3 shreds of lettuce. See ridiculous photos which includes the receipt - $14 for REGULAR tacos (not even made right)!!!!! And this isn’t the only time this has happened. I’m done with them. To the owner: Do better if you want to stay in business!

  I visited Taco Bell tonight around 9:35 PM (I’m including the time so management can identify who was working) and had a frustrating experience in the drive-thru. When I got to the window, I realized I wanted to add an item to my order Instead of allowing me to quickly update my order at the window, the employee told me I had to go back around and re-enter the drive-thru line. There wasn’t a clear reason given, and unfortunately I didn’t catch the employee’s name, but the interaction felt unnecessarily inconvenient. It was a small change that could have easily been handled on the spot, and having to loop back through the line added extra wait time. I understand there may be policies in place, but a little flexibility and customer service would have made a big difference.
