  I've been going to this McDonald's for years. They just recently got a new manager. I don't know if he's got a chip on his shoulder but every time I walk in there he says your food isn't ready. No smile. No time limit the rudest manager I've ever seen at this location. I hate even going there now. I had to take my mom to church this morning. I ordered my food on the app 10 minutes out and I clicked the I'm already here button I get there. He tells me coffee's taking 7 minutes. I'm like I've been driving for 15 minutes. Service has completely went down and the new manager whoever he is African American is a jerk and totally rude and I am African American also by the way rudest service ever and this just happened in the past couple months.

  received warm temp food at best, that was still somehow burnt. I received a very watered down sweet tea and burnt Mcchicken that they had smacked a bunch of mayo on top of with no other toppings. Also while I was waiting at the first window, I asked the man to give me one sec because I was trying to pull up my apple pay and he proceeds to shove the card reader out the drive through window impatiently. Doesn't even look my way and doesn’t let me know that everything was ok and that the payment went through. Overall not good, One girl at the second window though was very sweet.

  Dude taking orders on 3/21 at 850pm on the drive thru was very rude and very short didn't give out a total all he said "ITS THAT IT"

  Took 20 minutes to make my order through the drive-thru and then my food was made very poorly and bare of contents. Employees didn't make eye contact, smile or put forth a friendly demeanor. Not a good way for a company to keep customers coming back definitely not worth the money or time spent.

  The staff is nice enough, but the food is always terrible. Cold fries, cold hamburgers there’s not much reason to come here.
