    Shout out to the team that worked Super Bowl Sunday. They had a lobby full of impatient and rude customers and still remained professional and did the best they could to deal with the overwhelming rush. Even though it did take a long time for me to receive my order when I did receive it the food was great.

    I hope the employees got double or triple pay for what they had to go thru in superbowl Sunday. Because they were understaffed, was it poor management or lack of incentive for employees to work? Waited an hour after my pick up time (6pm) and left without food because the game already started and missed the first quarter. Wingstop systems need to be corrected to only take a certain amount of orders at a time. 10 people cancelled their orders as well as me. We were advised the cancellation would process later. Does that mean they still made all that food?

    I don't know if it is the employee's fault or the way they are set up to run the business... but my wife pre ordered 100 boneless wings and fries for a super bowl/birthday party 5 day ahead of time. When I went in to pick them up at 5:45 the scheduled time, there were 50 people in the small room, spilling outside into the cold, waiting in line, who had all ordered ahead of time as well. The woman working was answering the phone as she was instructed to do, and I overheard her say to someone that they can't turn off the online ordering, it just always takes the order no matter what. They were extremely over capacity and there was nothing they could do to stop it. She could also only see the next 10 orders, so it was impossible to see how long you would have to wait to get your order. I left, but was told a refund would be a difficult process. My wife called every 20-30 minutes to see when our order would be done, and it finally came out at 7:45 and she went back and picked it up. Very, very, very inefficient way to do business. I like the wings but probably won't eat here ever again.

    For third-party companies Not ready 100%, whatever on the screen it’s telling you the order is ready. Every single time you have to wait 10 to 25 minutes, and when it’s busy can be 45 minutes.
