Wingstop systems need to be corrected to only take a certain amount of orders at a time. 10 people cancelled their orders as well as me. We were advised the cancellation would process later. Does that mean they still made all that food?

When I went in to pick them up at 5:45 the scheduled time, there were 50 people in the small room, spilling outside into the cold, waiting in line, who had all ordered ahead of time as well. The woman working was answering the phone as she was instructed to do, and I overheard her say to someone that they can't turn off the online ordering, it just always takes the order no matter what. They were extremely over capacity and there was nothing they could do to stop it. She could also only see the next 10 orders, so it was impossible to see how long you would have to wait to get your order. I left, but was told a refund would be a difficult process. My wife called every 20-30 minutes to see when our order would be done, and it finally came out at 7:45 and she went back and picked it up. Very, very, very inefficient way to do business. I like the wings but probably won't eat here ever again.
